The group began in the United Kingdom in 2018 and entered the Emirates in 2021, when BNB INVEST FZE was established to hold and operate its UAE activities. We own and operate consumer brands, physical retail, and an in-house engineering division that builds native mobile applications and commerce platforms — for our own businesses and for our clients.

Each division stands on its own commercially, and each makes the others better: our brands give our engineers a real business to build for, and our engineering gives our brands an advantage most independent labels do not have.

Yasmina Ben Lebbar founded the group in the United Kingdom in 2018 and established BNB INVEST FZE in 2021 to build and operate its portfolio of consumer and technology businesses from the United Arab Emirates. She leads group strategy across the brand, retail and software divisions.
