Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data BNB INVEST FZE collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. Who we are

BNB INVEST FZE (“BNB Invest”, “we”, “us”) is a Free Zone Establishment (FZE) registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Business Center, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Questions about this policy or about your personal data can be sent to privacy@bnbinvest.ae.

2. Scope

This policy covers personal data we process through bnbinvest.ae. Our individual brands and the applications we publish operate their own privacy notices, which are provided within those products and on their own websites. Where we build and operate an application on behalf of a client, the client is normally the data controller and we act as a processor under a written agreement.

3. What we collect

Through this website we collect only the following:

  • Enquiry details — the name, email address, organisation, subject and message you submit through our contact form.
  • Technical data — the IP address and browser user agent attached to a form submission, retained to prevent abuse of the form.
  • Server logs — standard request logs generated by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run third-party behavioural tracking on this website, and we do not sell personal data.

4. Why we process it, and on what basis

  • To answer your enquiry — because you have asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
  • To keep records of business correspondence — for our legitimate interest in managing client and partner relationships.
  • To protect our systems — for our legitimate interest in preventing spam, fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with law — where we are required to retain or disclose information.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our instructions, under contract, and only as needed to run this website:

  • Our website hosting and content delivery provider.
  • Our managed database provider, which stores form submissions.
  • Our transactional email provider, which delivers notifications.

These providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's contractual data protection commitments, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, unless a longer period is required for an ongoing contract, a legal claim or a statutory record-keeping obligation. Anti-abuse technical data is retained for 12 months. After those periods data is deleted or anonymised.

7. How we protect it

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest by our providers. Access is limited to the personnel who need it, secrets are held in managed vaults, and access is logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we review these controls regularly and will notify you and the relevant authority of a qualifying personal data breach as required by law.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent where we rely on it.

Write to privacy@bnbinvest.ae and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

9. Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
