The group was founded in the United Kingdom in 2018 as BNB INVEST LTD, and established BNB INVEST FZE in 2021 on entering the Emirates. We do not advise from the outside — we own the brands, run the stores and write the software.

Structure
How the group is organised
Two entities and three divisions. BNB INVEST LTD holds the group's United Kingdom operations and BNB INVEST FZE holds its Emirates operations; the three divisions run across both. Shared services — finance, legal, design and engineering — sit at group level so a small brand can operate with infrastructure it could not fund alone.

Technology & Digital Solutions
Our technology division builds the software the group runs on, and delivers the same engineering to external clients. Work spans native iOS and Android applications, headless commerce storefronts, custom Shopify applications, payment and logistics integrations, and the data infrastructure behind them.

Brands
We own, develop and scale consumer brands end to end — product development and sourcing, brand identity, e-commerce, wholesale distribution and retail. Our brands are sold through their own channels and through stockists internationally.

Retail
The retail division operates the group's stores and concessions, and manages the supply chain, merchandising and client service behind them. Retail gives our brands a physical home and gives our technology division a real operating environment to build against.
History
How we got here
The group started in the United Kingdom and moved into the United Arab Emirates three years later. Both entities remain active.
2018
United Kingdom
BNB INVEST LTD founded in London
The group begins in the United Kingdom. Wecord London launches the same year as its first consumer brand, built on handcrafted cord bracelets and gemstones before expanding into watches, fine jewellery, fragrance and leather goods.
2021
United Arab Emirates
BNB INVEST FZE established in Sharjah
As the group enters the UAE market, BNB INVEST FZE is registered at Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone to hold and operate the group's Emirates activities — retail, the regional brand operations, and the technology division.
Since then the group has opened physical retail in the Emirates — including a Wecord London flagship at The Dubai Mall — grown wholesale distribution to more than thirty stores worldwide, launched Konésseur as a curated luxury marketplace for UAE clients, and formalised its in-house engineering as a division, with The Onyx Grid delivering commerce software to organisations.

Yasmina Ben Lebbar
Founder & Managing Director
Yasmina Ben Lebbar founded the group in the United Kingdom in 2018 and established BNB INVEST FZE in 2021 to build and operate its portfolio of consumer and technology businesses from the United Arab Emirates. She leads group strategy across the brand, retail and software divisions.
Day-to-day operations are run by division leads across engineering, brand and retail, with product design, quality assurance and finance held centrally at group level.
The group currently operates Wecord London, Konésseur, The Onyx Grid alongside its retail and technology activities.
